Self pay patients will be given the estimated payment at the end of the visit by the front office

You can register as a new patient through the Patient Portal or you can call (520) 622-7675 to make an appointment

You may be reminded of your balance due at the time of your visit to the clinic. Please bring your payment at the time of your appointment (if you have balance due)
